Knowledge your team can put to work.

Build your team’s capabilities in software, cloud and AI. Guided learning, practical exercises and content connected to your organization’s challenges.

Skills that support your growth

Learning connected to your work.

Select an area to explore its topics and a sample exercise. We tailor depth, tools and activities to participant experience and the agreed scope.

Software development

Foundations and practices for building applications, connecting services and maintaining code your team can evolve.

Explore topics
  • Frontend and backend for your stack: React, Node.js, Java, Python or .NET.
  • API design and consumption, persistence and error handling.
  • Version control, code review and automated tests.

Sample exercise

Build a feature with an API, persistence and tests, then review the implementation decisions.

Cloud and AWS architecture

Understand how to design and operate cloud solutions, considering access, availability, observability and resource use.

Explore topics
  • Foundations of compute, networking, storage and identity in AWS.
  • Solution design, security and recovery from failures.
  • Provisioning, monitoring and resource cost reviews.

Sample exercise

Design and deploy a lab solution with defined permissions, monitoring and resource cleanup.

DevSecOps and automation

Connect development, security and operations through traceable delivery workflows and controls your team can understand and maintain.

Explore topics
  • CI/CD pipelines, tests and approval criteria.
  • Reviewing code, dependencies, secrets and container images.
  • Deployments, observability and rollback procedures.

Sample exercise

Implement a lab pipeline with tests, a security check and a deployment strategy.

AI and Machine Learning

Connect AI foundations to practical use cases. Learn to prepare data, evaluate results and make informed integration decisions.

Explore topics
  • Data preparation, supervised learning and model evaluation.
  • Generative AI, prompt design and document retrieval with RAG.
  • Response quality, privacy and human oversight.

Sample exercise

Build a prediction exercise or a document assistant and evaluate the results against defined criteria.

Software architecture

Develop the judgment to organize components, evaluate alternatives and communicate technical decisions in a business context.

Explore topics
  • Quality requirements, components and responsibilities.
  • Integration through APIs, events and data contracts.
  • Diagrams, documented decisions and trade-off analysis.

Sample exercise

Propose an architecture for a business case, compare options and present the reasons behind the choice.

Blockchain and Web3

Explore the foundations of distributed networks and smart contracts from a development and integration perspective.

Explore topics
  • Blockchain concepts, transactions and network interaction.
  • Smart contracts with Solidity and behavioral tests.
  • Application integration, permissions and security considerations.

Sample exercise

Create and test a simple contract on a development network and integrate it with a lab application.

Learn by doing

Practice turns concepts into judgment.

Learning combines explanation, experimentation and technical discussion. Each exercise has a purpose and time to reflect on what was learned.

  1. Understand why

We introduce concepts and the decisions they inform. Each topic is connected to everyday work situations.

  2. Experiment with guidance

Participants work through labs, analyze errors and compare alternatives with the instructor.

  3. Apply and get feedback

We review solutions, explain decisions and agree on what needs reinforcement to apply the learning to a project.

Training designed with your organization

A learning path shaped around your team.

We start with current knowledge and the capabilities you need to develop. We agree on goals, prerequisites, delivery format and evidence of learning before starting.

  1. Establish the starting point

We review participant roles, prior experience and the technical challenges behind the training.

  2. Design the program

We define topics, depth, exercises and an agenda that fits your team’s availability.

  3. Deliver the sessions

We combine explanations, demonstrations and guided practice, with time for questions and review.

  4. Review and plan ahead

We review exercises against the goals and share recommendations for continued learning.

Resources to keep learning after the sessions

Reference materials

Guides and references for the covered topics, based on the agreed program.

Exercises and examples

Lab activities and examples used during the training.

Next steps

Feedback and topics to reinforce as your team continues to develop its capabilities.

Prepare for your training

What to agree on before you begin.

What prior experience does the team need?

It depends on the program and goals. We review participant experience and agree on prerequisites. We can start with foundations or go deeper into specific topics. When experience levels differ, we suggest an appropriate sequence or grouping.

Can we work with cases from our project?

Yes. We can adapt exercises to your technologies and use cases, agreeing in advance on the information and environments to use. We can also prepare representative lab scenarios with sample data.

How are duration and delivery format agreed?

We define the proposal based on topics, depth, participant numbers and availability. The agenda, delivery format, materials and tool or infrastructure requirements are specified before starting.

Your team’s next step

What does your team need to learn to move forward?

Tell us which technologies your team uses, their experience and what they want to achieve. Let’s design a program with clear goals and room to put them into practice.
